CONTRACTOR OFFEROR PROCUREMENT INFORMATION

DISCLOSURE:  John D. Rich, attorney-at-law, is an Executive Officer of and employed by Bannum, Incorporated (DUNS# 113209258).  Bannum contracts with the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Prisons  (FBOP) among other business relationships.  

Bannum, Inc. has no ownership, management, or any other legal interest or control in the 

law firm of John D. Rich, PLLC

If your Firm is currently or plans to become involved in any manner in FBOP residential re-entry center services procurements, it is imperative that you disclose and discuss those circumstances PRIOR to disclosing to this firm or John D. Rich, ANY of the following information:   

 (In accord with 41 U.S.C. §§ 2101–2107) 

“Contractor bid or proposal information” as any of the following information submitted to a federal agency in connection with or as part of a bid or proposal to enter into a contact with the agency, and only if the information has not been publicly disclosed or made available:

• (A)Cost or pricing data (as defined by section 2306(h) of Title 10, with respect to procurements subject to that section, and section 254b(h) of [Title 41], with respect to procurements subject to that section).
• (B)Indirect costs and direct labor rates.
• (C)Proprietary information about manufacturing processes, operations, or techniques marked by the contractor in accordance with applicable law or regulation.
• (D)Information marked by the contractor as “contractor bid or proposal information”, in accordance with applicable law or regulation.”
